Ziggyverse Tiles
When it comes to the Ziggyverse, it all starts with Tiles. Unless you want to purchase Ziggymon from other players, you’re going to need some Tiles to start building your Ziggymon team.
A complete set of Tiles are necessary for the Ziggymon creation process, making them one of the most important parts of getting started. You’ll be able to purchase a bundle of tiles soon which will be everything you need to create your team. For now, let’s dive into exactly what tiles are, how you can get them, and what you’ll need to create a Ziggymon.
What Tile Types are there?
When you get your hands on a Tile, the first thing you’ll notice is its type. Each type relates to a different Ziggymon Stat and will affect their ability in that area. The six Tile types include:
Armour
Agility
Strength
Intelligence
Dexterity
Energy
At its most basic, you’ll need to have a Tile of each type to then create a Ziggymon. One way to do this quickly and easily is with a Tile Bundle that contains three of each Tile Type. We’ll cover this in more detail later.
Rarity and Material
Each Tile has a rarity of which there are four levels:
Gold
Moonstone
Jade
Wildcard
Tiles and Elements
Let’s first look at the Elements available and how they relate to Tiles:
Fire
Water
Air
Luck
Each Tile also has an Elemental level from 1 to 3.
Your Ziggymon will have a dominant element determined by the total highest elemental level of the tiles you use when creating it. This then will affect the skills it has.
For example, your Gold Armor Tile may also be a level 2 Fire. So, when creating your Ziggymon, picking your Tiles carefully will shape your Ziggymon. More details on this in Creating your Ziggymon Article.
Tile Durability
Each tile has a durability attribute. Durability determines how many times a tile can be used in the creation of a Ziggymon. Gold, Moonstone, and Jade can be used multiple times to create Ziggymon until they run out of Durability. A Wildcard rarity Tile can only be used once.
Get started quickly with a Tile Bundle
If you want to create a full team of three Ziggymons as easily as possible, then buying a Tile Bundle is your safest bet. Each bundle will include 18 Tiles, enough to create a complete team. The Bundle breaks down into three full sets of Tiles (three of each type), and it also provides the chance of getting a rarer and higher level tile.
